What we'll tell you straight
- Expect bruised shins and stiff mornings for the first two weeks.
- No fight gets booked until your trainer signs off. Not you, not your Instagram — your trainer.
- Fair matchmaking. We don't feed you easy wins or throw you in over your head.
- Supervised weight cuts only. No sauna suits on fight week.
- Want a holiday with some training? Foundation is your lane — or, honestly, another camp.
