      Good to know

      Questions we get a lot

I've never trained. Will it be too hard?

No. Most of our guests are beginners. Your kru scales every round to you, and you can swap any session for yoga or rest.

      What should I bring?

Training shorts, a few tops, swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen and a water bottle. We give you hand wraps; gloves and shin guards are free to borrow.

Can you help with a DTV visa?

Yes. For stays of 21 days or longer we provide an enrolment letter you can include in a Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) application. The rules are set by the Thai embassy, so check the latest requirements before you apply.

How do I get to Koh Lanta?

Fly into Krabi (KBV). Our van meets you on your start day and crosses to Lanta by car ferry, about 2.5 hours door to door. The transfer is included.

      When is the best season?

November to April is dry and the sea is calm. We train all year: in the green season (May to October) sessions move under the roof and prices drop.

Can I join a single class?

Yes, when there is space: group Muay Thai , yoga , and a private lesson with a kru per hour.
